Prices:
Your order is liable to the current catalogue prices which are communicated in our online shop. All prices include the value added tax. If more than four months pass between your ordering and the shipping, we are authorised to incorporate contingently changed prices in the billing.

Conclusion and Cancellation of the Contract:
A contract of purchase accomplishes the moment an order is accepted. The acceptance is carried out literally or per e-Mail. However, we reserve our right of withdrawal in case of clerical, typing or arithmetic error. We ship the goods in stock normally within two working days. If an item is by way of an exception not or not so fast deliverable, we will communicate the date of deliverance as soon as possible to you or, alternatively, that this item cannot be delivered.

General Terms and Conditions
Orders are solely possible in the shop. Our delivery time normally is only a few days. In exceptional cases however it can be 2 weeks or longer, the same goes for imports or rarities.

Shipping Costs
The cost for shipping be dynamic and depending on size, quantity and weight are automatically calculated and before completion of the order.

Right of Withdrawal and Return
The right of withdrawal and return is effective within the European Union. The right is not effective if sealed goods have been opened or damaged. You are not bound by contract anymore if you withdraw from your order within a respite of two weeks. A withdrawal needs not to be justified and can be carried out literally or by returning the goods. In case of effective withdrawal, received benefits have to be returned from both sides. An order will be unwound when we receive undamaged, sealed goods. If the goods are damaged or used, Mono Culture is authorised to claim for damages. Otherwise, you will either receive a compensation delivery, a credit memo on your account at Mono Culture or the invoice amount will be refunded. If the invoice amount is higher than 40 €, the return consignment is free for you, but if the invoice amount is cheaper, you have to bear the cost – except the delivered goods do not accord to the requested ones. When the unwinding is carried out, you do not have any further pretensions.

Only post-paid returns, we reimburse postal charges with repayment.

There is no right of withdrawal, if sealed products as CD's, DVD's, records have been unsealed by the purchaser.

Offering & Purchase Agreement
The prices are in EURO and include VAT, changes of prices and errors are subject to alteration. Your order is an offer to a purchase agreement, which is accomplished by the shipping of the ordered ware. Order confirmations serve information purposes only and shall not be considered as acceptance of your offer. The purchase agreement is based on the current version of our general terms and conditions. Conditions of the purchaser only apply with our explicit consent.

Payment and Retention of Title
Until full payment products remain our property.
